R.W.E. Mobile Game – Published 2023

The development of “Road Warrior Expeditions” was a challenging journey marked by early misalignment, and team motivation issues. Despite these difficulties, the team and I made steady progress, refining the game’s vision, mechanics, and UI. Throughout the sprints, I learned valuable lessons in leadership, Agile/SCRUM practices, and the importance of clear communication and scope management. Ultimately leading to a more cohesive and focused final product.
